Since 1901 we have provided customers with mouth-watering, dry-aged, Angus beef. Our all-natural beef is raised in the great ranching tradition of the western Rockies by cowboys and cowgirls on pristine spring-fed lands, without the use of growth hormones or antibiotics. As a result, our hand-raised, hand-cut steaks and steakburgers are an artisan product with a legendary taste and tenderness found nowhere else.
Our Approach
We are a family business: we know where and how every animal was raised, we take great care of our land and our animals, we feed "proprietary feed rations" that focus on taste rather than cost, and we oversee every phase of packing and distribution.
